J. Bradley Davis, Managing Partner

Mr. Davis has been a middle-market private equity investor for the past 37 years. Prior to founding RCP, Mr. Davis was a co-founder and the President of Trivest, Inc., a private equity firm focused on middle market investments. Prior to Trivest, Mr. Davis held senior positions with LaSalle Partners, Inc. and Chemical Bank.

Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors three of RCP portfolio companies, including Wincore Window Company, LLC, Cavalier Fire Protection, LLC and LAT Apparel, Inc. Mr. Davis also serves on the Board of Directors of HELLEN Systems, Inc.

Mr. Davis has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
