Clark F. Davis, Managing Partner

Mr. Davis has been directly involved in private equity investments in companies in the smaller end of the middle market for over 27 years. Mr. Davis is involved in all facets of RCP’s investment activities. Currently, Mr. Davis also serves as the President and CEO of RCP portfolio company Wincore Window Company, a position he has held since August of 2014. Previously, Mr. Davis served as an Analyst at the private equity firm Trivest, Inc., and he also managed a small business in the equine industry.

Mr. Davis serves on several Board of Directors of RCP and its affiliates portfolio companies, including Wincore Window Company, LLC., LAT Apparel, Inc., PCI Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Pumps and Controls, Zamma Corporation, and Equibrand Holding Corporation.

Mr. Davis has a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from the University of Richmond.
