J. Bradley Davis, Managing Partner - Mr. Davis has been a middle-market
private equity investor for the past 29 years. Prior to founding RCP,
Mr. Davis was a co-founder and the President of Trivest, Inc., a private
equity firm focused on middle market investments. Prior to Trivest, Mr.
Davis held senior positions with LaSalle Partners, Inc. and Chemical Bank.
Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of RCP portfolio companies
including Equibrand Holding
Corporation, WeCare Operations Holding, LLC, L.A. T Sportswear Holdings, LLC and Wincore Window Company, LLC. Mr. Davis has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
Clark F. Davis, Managing Partner - Mr. Davis has been directly involved
in private equity investments in companies in the smaller end of the middle
market for over 19 years. Mr. Davis is involved in all facets of RCP's
investment activities. Previously, Mr. Davis served as an Analyst at the
private equity firm Trivest, Inc., and he also managed a small business
in the equine industry. Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of
RCP portfolio companies including L.A. T Sportswear Holdings, LLC, Equibrand Holding Corporation, WeCare Operations Holding, LLC, MWE Holding Company, LLC, and Wincore Window Company, LLC. Mr.Davis has a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from the University of
Richmond.
